QOR SOMS

Security work you can see

Customers see their sites and incidents and issue passes in their own portal. Clearances and logs are kept in the system. Timesheets come from actual shifts.

Monitoring console, dispatch, guard app and customer portal in one system.

What the manager gets

Your customer has a reason to renew

Sites, incidents and pass requests are in the customer portal — no calls, no forwarded photos.

Inspections won’t catch you off guard

The system tracks deadlines for clearances, medical checks and licences and won’t put an employee with an expired clearance on shift. The weapons issue and return log is in the system, and entries cannot be deleted.

Payroll for the hours actually worked

Timesheets are built from actual shifts with check-ins and GPS, including night and holiday hours.

How it works

Console and response

  • Alarms and guard SOS calls appear on the dispatcher’s screen right away.
  • A rapid-response team is assigned in one click; the crew’s status is visible on the map.
  • The system notices repeated false alarms by itself and opens a maintenance request.

Shifts and posts

  • A one-day-on, three-days-off or 2/2 schedule is rolled out automatically, with leave taken into account.
  • Guards check in for shifts and at patrol checkpoints with GPS and a photo.
  • Post handover follows a checklist, with photos and signatures of both guards.

Customer and SLA

  • SLA targets with warnings and escalation on breach.
  • Customers see incidents at their own sites in the portal.
  • Passes: the customer submits a request in the portal, the guard records the entry at the checkpoint.
